I'm still very new to this, but I'm listening (And hopefully learning !).
I've got three players with 4.5 talent, 20 yrs old, 22 yrs and 28 yrs.
What should I do with these guys ?? currently I'm just training everyone on Fitness/All Skills.

Should I sell any of these guys, if so how much could I get and how much should I ask ?

Well, it depends on your personal plans for the development of your team.

If you want to focus on financial development, you might sell the two young guys on the TM the Regional Cup has started.

In case, you don't have a decent QB or MLB, intelligence and consistency are high enough, then keep them and train 'em on these positions.
