I guess we'll need a larger sample size. IIFC, I get around 1 4.5/5 star youth pull per season.

How about we all post the talent of our youth pull this week and add up the numbers? We might want to post the level of our Youth Academy as well to see if any correlation shows up.

Well academy is a waste of money in my opinion. I have never got a player with less than 4* and i haven't got any academy.

It is not awaste of money, in my opinion...

- I pull anything from 1 to 5 star talent
- I do not get (on average) better players

But I do get to pick from 4 players.

If you think that is worth the money, fine...

I think it is a waste of it, but I am not selling it, but should I begin from the start, I would wait until I had nothing else to build...

Thats my plan, when i don't have anything else to build, i will go for the academy.

The youth academy has nothing to do with talent so in that respect its not worth having. However this weeks 3.5* talent had 15 for both speed and strength and 7 for both catching and agility. That saves a lot of training weeks on his way to being a wr. That, for me, makes it worthwhile.

Actually, if you want a reliable source for the distribution of talents by youth pulls you need 1.) guys who save these data and 2.) always random picks.

Well, I believe that nobody does even one of both. The temptation to choose by funny names is to big

No academy, 1.5*, already binned and back at the nearby school he came from. As he is 17 he has time to sort himself out.

16 year old 4*. My second 4.5* bpos potential player of the year. It's weird if I bought a player and he had less than 4.5* talent I would just bin him but from my youth team I'll keep him.
