I've started my first team and am looking to get up to speed as soon possible:-
q1) it sounds like VIP Boxes are best value to start construction?
q2) what is the split of money playing friendlies is it 50-50 or do the home team get it all?
q3) does a home league fixture (early in a team's existence) always sell out?
q4) I can see salary creep could easily take me out of business ... is sponsorship + home fixtures the best way to make money to start with?
Thanks

1 - VIPs are essential. Get a sponsor first, then spend all your money on VIP seats (just not the side that already has seats as it will be shut for the 2 week building period)
2 - Friendly and cup cash is split 50/50, the home side gets it all in League games (friendly tickets cost half as much as normal games)
3 - League games will sell out until you get to about 40,000 seats in Div V (by the time your ground is that size you should really be promoted)
4 - Sponsorship will sort you out at the beginning so don't worry. Just don't buy too many players and CHECK THEIR SALARY BEFORE YOU PUT IN A BID
