Not completely sure, but I got here towards the end of August and only missed the first game.

I'd say people started signing up sometime in early to mid August of this year.

I signed up August 2nd and soon after played the first game of this season so I don't believe it had been around for that long before that.

Around September for me i think but the site hasn't been up long ans the season went by rather quick for being a game a week system
