My proposal:

Don't buy players, this is most important.
Increase stadium to maximum level, always build just one side with minimal value. Build first VIP and Exclusive, than normal stadium. If you have to build complete stadium wait the part of the season with two games in a row when you are not playing at home. Play friendly games each Monday but with the teams from 10 000 - 25 000 stadium, its most effective regarding money income from the friendly game.

Suck every player older than 25 years. Take only players 18 or younger. Click every mach sponsor. Don’t hire any coach.

First season is to build stadium and get some money for second season.
