Got you! Welcome to the game friend and remember to read the Help/FAQ up on the top green bar next to National Teams. It is very helpfull to read first then ask questions..Can get a little tedious working out how things RUN AT FIRST..
But after a season and some trials and errors you should be able to work things out ok. Good luck!

You can use whatever name you wish. As far as anyone knows Richard could be a fake name! You just cant be racist or discriminitive etc..
Remember to study the rules back to front and there are loads of previous posts in rookies sections since day one regarding just about any question you could possibly think or become curious of. Just click the numbers for previous posts...There are definately some silly questions there...I remember when i first started, i asked soo many silly questions and people where getting ripped with me not studying the rules...hahaha...
There is also mentor list under mentor thread of managers who may want to help you in the begining stages of your crusade!
