I have read the sticky posts about what to do re starting up and am going about it patiently - but boy do you need to be patient
Anyway I do not see where hiring doctors comes into the scene ?
Its stadium, fitness centre with good fitness coach then actual training and their coaches and the adons, but don't see where the doctors should slot in
I have 2 guys out for about 3 weeks, but of course in the big picture of things that is less important than the building up a good financial base.....
Also I used to read spill the beans as a link from here, but it appears to now be inactive - anyone know if it can still be accessed another way ? A very good beginners guide
I wouldn't worry about doctors for a while. Build VIP and Exec seats first. I would also buy coaches and build fitness center and training hall before getting doctors.
Doctors help reduce the chance for injury and help players recover from injury quicker. Injuries have a greater affect on your team when the players have a lot of development. Until then, it doesn't hurt you too bad to stick a backup in if someone gets hurt for a week or two.
When/if you do get doctors, I highly recommend just buying full 20 doctors. Gradually moving up doctor skill is the same as gradually moving up coaches, you pay a lot of bonus money along the way for the same end result.
