Since I'm coming up to my first off-season in this game, I figured I'd ask the question:

I've seen the post over at
http://www.grid-iron.org/index.php?page=community&subpage=viewt&t=9368&start=0 where the skill level to wages calculation is given, but what I'm struggling with is how the two relate to each other - is the highest of these skills that a player has that determines his wage, or something else?
