All teams from North America will start out in division V. The league number is irrelevant as any league is as good as any other in the lower levels. You have one other human controlled team in your league that looks like he'll go bot in a couple of weeks, so all you have to do is play run against the bots and you'll promote. You might get lucky enough to promote this season, but since there's only 4 games left and you are 3 games back, it might be iffy. You should win the 4 games easily, but whether or not the top bot teams lose enough will be the question.
Regardless, the big keys to succeeding in the game is building a good base of income, then building a winning team while maintaining positive income.
