I'm hoping that with your 105 seat stadium, this means you have more seats under construction. Get rid of all facilities you currently have. It will hurt to have to buy them again later, but if you don't have enough income to pay for them, it won't matter what they do for you. I agree with above about getting rid of the $22K/wk player. While it's good to have a solid o-line, it's far from the most important position in this game and the salary will eat you up.
Get your expenses down for the time being and focus on increasing your stadium size with VIP seats, then Exec seats. Once you have a good about of cash coming in, you can worry about getting coaches, facilities and better players. Until then, you'll be fighting a losing battle and wasting your time because you will go bankrupt eventually.
