Skills dont matter in early years...

Size - Consistency - Speed/Strength and if capped/uncapped - Intelligence are the factors when selling young players

all of them look like "everyday transfer market guys" - nothing special on first look...

Estimation: 10K to 50K - #2 could get you more because of Con/Speed/Talent combo.... but even less if he is only 5'5''

#1: no, stregnth too low for TE for my gusto, get him on WR when Speed is decent

#2: looks good

#3: OL with 8 Strenght??? Try again when he is at 15 :-)

On the other hand: your team is young and need to develop - for the moment if you dont have better options let #1 and #3 on the positions.

You dont need Blocking 12-13 in Div 5 Level

If he caps at Strength 9 he will be worthless for ever with blocking 12-13 AND a high weekly salary!

Get to know the Physicals first - then train the according positional skills.

My thinking:

On division Level 5 Main skill at 9 should be enough to be competitive. I would alway prefer to stay 1-2 seasons in the lower division and round build a base and invest into stadium....

...rather then overtrain, overpay in salaries, find myself get beaten by a better team, do not promote and finally go bankrupt.

I do compile the rankings for CE and most teams that go bankrupt are the kind of:

"i want to promote i want to be succesfull i want it fast...

...i spend money for players..."

...most times for crap players with high salary and no effect...

...and somewhere mid season then they are bot because they hoped for a good cup run and got beaten by a round build lower division team early

When looking at my team: i started mid-season in Div 5 with an easy promotion...

...stayed for 3 Seasons in Div IV...

...before is started a "triple-relegation" directly into TD.

You dont lose money when being in Div 5 or Div 4!!! In a good league position you can fill up a stadium with 45K attendance...

...but first you need to have this stadium!

...hey - but you are on the right track... ...500 seats current and i guess it will be around 2500-3500 when construction is done...
