I think I made a mistake.
Looking at the NT players I have call player to NT, check his stats and then fire him from NT.

I wanted to check skills but now I cant call any player to NT. What to do?
Should I be able to call players again?

Here we go again. This happens every WC cycle.

You have 50 call ups. As per every WC cycle. And as per the current news.

If you have used them all up, bad luck sorry. You'll just have to play with the current player with the team you have.

Voting is over and winners can now take over their National Teams.
Remember, every NT coach has only 50 callups.

I haven't made any call ups, but when I go to a player page to try and add a player, the "Add to NT" button is greyed out.

You'll have to spend the first bunch of call ups on dumping players if you want to add new ones... Its like the NFL, you cant add unlimited players to your squad

I did that, I dropped 2 QBs who were on bot teams now and tried to add one from a human controlled team and couldn't.

Maybe I'm still over the limit? I seem to remember something from the beginning of season 2 that some teams were able to add players and ended up over the limit.

edit:
The NA team currently has 68 players after the 2 I dropped...
And the limit is theoretically 50. Do drops count as call ups?

Here are some Numbers.
Each Team has a max Roster Size from 50 Players.
In WC 2 there was an Error, so Teams could ad more Players extending
the Roster Size.
Every WC Cycle a manager has 50 Callups, every Player signed to the Team
is counted as "Callup" no matter how often you fire him.
If the Roster has more Players then 50 you have to release them
to call up additional Players.

For Example:
Team America has 68 Players on the Roster.
To add a new Player they have to release 19 Players.
They can release all 68 Players and call up 50 new if wanted.
The removal of a Player is not counted as callup.

First!!!! When you call up a player and fire him (just to check the stats) -> YOU WASTE A CALL UP!!!

Second: "Roster Limit" is 50 - as long you have more than 50 players you can not call up a player anyway

Third: When you fire a current national player and then decide to call him up again -> this also "costs" a call-up

So - use your call ups wisely!

Edit: ok i see good ´ol Piet does remember too

Im quite sure that would cost him two call ups, one for firing and one for calling him up again...

No, firing doesn't cost call-up.
