It would be a very bad investment with your current stadium, think of it like this, its 600.000 every season extra expense that you cannot put into your stadium.. And because you are a new team you dont have more than a couple of players that a worth training.. And you most likely dont know the physical caps of any of your players, so you dont know who is worth training in offensive skills yet, so a fitness trainer would be the best investment when your stadium is bigger.. Go with 17+ speed for WR's (and decent strenght too), 17+ str. for OLs and 17+ speed/strenght for RB and TE, 3,5+ talent of course When you have that, then start thinking about offensive/defensive coaches...

get your stadium income to a minimum of $300K, then get fitness coaches.
once your stadium is a minimum of $700K, then get offense/defense coaches.
