Within 24 hours I will have lost horrifically in the cup. My question is:

Do cup matches increase BPOS at the same rate as league games?

And

Is there any negative effect to be had by losing by a massive amount?

(I'm planning on fielding my backups but am worried there may bs something I've not considered).

BPOS gain should be the same as league i would be playing backups in your situation too harsh draw

official game so if no chance to win put your rookies in and dont worry about the score.
