So I started this game with three free days of a Supporter Account. I went over all of the rules and the Help/FAQ files and saw that it would let you UPLOAD new helmets/logo's, etc. I didn't see in any area that it would be removed if the supporter account was deactivated.

So great! I spend the entire day creating and editing a badge and a logo for my helmet. Then my supporter account ends and they disappear. This is EXTREMELY frustrating given the time that I spent to create them only to have them removed two days later.

I'd like to reiterate how badly the rules are worded under Supporter Accounts. They are blatantly inaccurate and perhaps a ploy to get someone to purchase a short supporter account to get these things uploaded, expecting them to stay. In no way does the rules state that you can only keep them uploaded with an active supporter account. I'll copy/paste the relevant rules for you.

"Design your club kit the way you want it!
Supporter account gives you additional patterns and designs to use on your club kit. Shades, shapes and patterns all available in different colors will give you the ability to design your kit the way you want it!"

"Team badge
You are able to upload your own team badge that will be displayed on your team profile screen."

There you have it. You can upload it! How about you guys add the fact that it'll be removed after the supporter account ends, rather than screwing people out of money/time.

Now I'm a new player, and I'm going to keep on playing, but any respect for you guys or chance at a future purchase is gone due to the deception.

I would demand that you guys return my badge and my helmet due to this false advertising, but I really doubt you will do so. I don't think you admins are respectable enough to do so. I will, however, demand that you put in a notice or disclaimer ON THE SUPPORTER PAGE saying that these things will be removed. If I had seen a disclaimer I wouldn't have spent 6 hours of my time bothering with it.

Pretty certain all the features you listed are written exclusively under the supporter account section.

Please, for the sake of football, allow us to at LEAST keep our logo/helmet, when we make it. I'm not saying all the time, but when we make it under a supporter account, then keep it.

your badge and kit are still stored you just cant access them without a supporter account, if you decide to get 1 they will magically reappear just as you made them but its your call how much you want them...

the whole point of the 3 day supporter at the start is to make you want them back when they disappear but its up to the player to decide if its worth the money, i would recommend giving the game a try for a couple of months and then make a decision
