if i want to improve that, how do i? i dont see it in the construction menu. and i dont see in the help/faq menu either???

1. Go on "club"
2. on "nutrition center"
3. on the top near the button basic, there is a "+"! press it and there you go!

The good news for is that you won't be charged a weekly maintenance for it. If you have lots of extra money laying around, the cost is low enough that you can add some expansions to it and get your players to new engine playing weight pretty cheap just in case the new engine ever does show up. If you're counting pennies to stay afloat, I wouldn't worry about it since it has no effect on the current game.

Every level upgrade costs 50k. The button for building and upgrading is shown at the nutrition center page directly, BUT ONLY, if you have 50k+ on your account.

Hi.
What is the best BMI for each position?
I just upgraded my nutrition centre and put in the guys with red attributes. still got two spots to spare.
I'm asking cause i.e. i got a CB who is 158 lbs.
seems too little to me cause the CBs in the NFL are around 180 - 220 lbs.
