He seems rather short on brains and consistency to stay at QB, but his talent should play somewhere.

Well, short on brain and consistency? Rhis must be a runningback!
Defense needs consistency, in my opinion. So, besides the important offense players (QB, WR, TE and O-line) it's just RB or special teams, I guess.
