1) Every team in my league is Bot, I know I should run, but the question is how much? 2) I have some nice 4 star talent that is not yet better than my 1 and 2 star talent, should I play the better talent players against the Bot in league to get ther BPOS higher or just play them in friendlys?

with having all bots you are in a very nice position to improve your roster and build your stadium

focus on building vip then exec seats and i would be shopping for some cheap players with 3.5* or above talent (work on dumping the rest as you can)

+1 - definitely focus on getting guys with big potential rather than high numbers. You want to actively avoid inflating your wage bill when you're in such a good position to build for the future. However, I take no resposnsibility if one of the other teams gets a human manager and kicks your butt
