I last played this game about a year ago and see there are many changes. What all has changed?

You can design a uniform on your home page. Also, the flags are a little fancier now.

Otherwise, players now have heights and weights and there is a nutrition center, but none of that has any impact on the game whatsoever.

Ya basically just some fluff has changed. game mechanics are the same...still
