I have a player at 63%, how do I get it higher?

at the top of the training page there is a button.

Rest players with energy lower than XXXXX

there you can choose to rest players

Lower training intensity.. I would advice you to put it at normal though, and then just wait for it (+0-2 energy pr. week if I remember correctly)

just set it to rest players below 90 if you are going to be playing him in games or just leave it and it will go up slowly over time
