Black = 1 to 4
Blue = 5 to 9
Grey/Brown/whatever = 10 to 15
Green = 16 to 20
It's just a visual indicator with a clear matrix. On top of that, red signals a BMI-related cap in strength and/or speed, when it reaches a special level /regulated by BMI)
