My current Coach Team is 2 2 1 1 2 (Staff)-> Wage : $ 10,000 p/w

I would like to change it to 1 1 1 1 4. Will it cost me $ 10,000 p/w after the change? will firing staff members get me additional costs?

do not change you coaches until you can do the full 20. Hiring coachs cost an intial sign fee. So do the hiring in large lumps. you don't wanna keep paying those sign fee over and over.

If you can only afford limited coaches? Then you should be investing in a bigger stadium to increase you income, and allowing you to spend more on coaches.Last edited on 2011-07-13 at 11:54

it's a bit of a weird system.

the way to think of it is hiring one whole unit with particular stats across the board for off, def etc.

if you're looking to change the stats of one unit eg get rid of 2points in kicking

then the way to imagine it is, you fire the whole current coaching team and hire a new one with the desired stats, thus having to pay hiring costs etc.

dont ask me why...

good advice above (above my other one..not shameless self promoting)

only hire coaches in big blocks and in as few steps as possible. because you have to pay a signing fee every time

general opinion is to follow this model;

1st stage
20 fitness coaches + purchase fitness centre

2nd stage
20 def. coaches
(these are good value for money as you can train agility and blocking on the off. side with these in addition to training def.)

3rd stage
max out the rest
though prob not kicking, bit pointless, never really going to need to imporove your kicking skill quickly, and can become quite expensive wage wise.

a) each coach unit costs 1250 pw - do the math

b) doesnt make sense anything below 20 - get your finances ready and hire full sets as already described

Completely agree

And I agree with Odball too, you need 10times the value of the wages to hire them

the wages per week will be more than the current 10k as a level 4 coach is more expensive than level 2.
