the length of offseason is 1 week. in this week friendly games continue.

if you have a away game for the last game of the current season, then it is best to start building that week.

unfortunately your last game of the season is at home so you cant guarantee that as you would need an away game to start next season and you wont find out that until after you need to start construction

okay, thanks, guys.

It could still be worth a gamble, it depends how much money I have. worst case is that I cannot use ~220 VIP seats (of something in the area of 1500, plus 1000 regular). how much money would that cost me?

if you still have empty sides then just build up on those as that wont cost you anything i n lost income but at that size you may as well build anyway
