Promotion is available for 3 teams in second division wanting TD. There is 1 bot team in TD. So there is 1 spot in TD for 3 teams challenging. What is the criteria for TD out of the 3 prospects? For and against or matches won?

1st team always promotes to higher level

8, 9 and 10th always relegates to lower level if there is one available

TieBreaker are:

Wins
Points differential

if you are 1st - do you have to play a relagation match or do you automatically "lvl up" ?

Automatically up for 1st or down for 8-10

There is no relegation matches or play offs at all.
