Nope, no score limit, however, if you're beating a team by a large amount, your team tends to 'relax' some. This can make it difficult, but not impossible to score extremely large amounts of points.

Usually, you'll your chance to get higher scores will be on running plays as I believe, it's less time consuming (mirrored to real football). But therefore you'll have to be much better on running than your opponents defense is. Not an easy requirement.

I don't know, what has been the highest win ever. My personal best was 147:0, but against a bot (so it doesn't count)
