everything about teamwork is clear now.

I've got another question:

what about training 0,5 stars - 3,0 stars talent players -> is that ok in division VI/V ? I can't afford 4,0-5,0 star players, and youth pulling is luck based -> would u suggest training lower talent players at all or should you exclusively train talented 3,5+ stars players?

If they are on your team you should train them until you replace them with higher talent. Remember though that skill levels dictate wages so don't overtrain one skill to the point you cannot afford it.

Fitness skills and BPOS however effect performance to varying degrees and don't impact on wages so look to increase these first. Make sure the higher talent players are playing as BPOS is valuable and takes time to accumulate.

Also don't believe that you have to pay big fees to find talent. Lots of players in the game have built rosters by buying lots of cheap players and firing/selling those without 3.5*+ talent. This takes time but is a lot cheaper than buying players of the list that everyone knows about.

As far as I know, some of the players even in the TOP divisions are 0,5* to 3* players.

Basically you can train them and you can play with them.

I've also some on my team, some of them from the start.

The problem with this is, that they will stop gaining BPOS once they reached their maximum and it won't be easy get selftrained replacements, because the early players will always be ahead in the skill training.

So it depends on your philosophy on training and team building.

- You can train your players
- You can try to get some 3,5* players and build with them
- You can even try to get some 2,5* with monster physicals and build on them

later you will always try to replace them with you youth pick, time and training or even transfer market.

From my experience:
Never below 2,5* (=> 4* BPOS)
3,5*/4* Players are a very good core team
4,5*/5* are worth nothing, if the physicals are not right and the Int and con is not good enough for the position.

By the way: Age is also a factor.
You can buy quit good players >27 for a cheap price.
But is that the future?
It depends on you.

I went for the young players, but I also needed lot's of time to get to the point were I am now, which is not very special.

It's not difficult to get 3.5+* talent players. Once you've started improving your stadium, you can spend a little each week getting better talent. The cheapest way to do this is bid on players for $1000-$5000. Don't spend more than $5000 per player and don't spend more than about $10000 per week. Not every player will be 3.5* talent or more, but you will get some here and there. Cut those who are less than 3.5* talent.
Almost all of my current starters were acquired by spending no more than $1000 on each player. I looked for players aged 25 or under with INT or CON over 17 and purchased several each week never bidding more than $1000. Generally, I'd get about 3-5 keepers each week.

This was several seasons ago, and general opinions have changed on what's considered a good player or not, so this method may not work quite as well today as it did then, but I still think it can work as I've seen several 3.5* and 4* talent players go for $1000-$5000 recently.
