can someone explain the "Teamwork" skill?

If I have 30 players (for all positions) and I buy 5 players with teamwork skill 20 who don't play and just train for my team, will this give me a training points bonus??? will this affect anything?

Well, teamwork is an additional bonus for a player adding him teamwork/2 training points on top.

So, it just affects the training. For the game itself there is no effect as it is with team chemistry.

ok then, if I have 2 players: both have 4 stars talent and both are 20 years old. both have passig skill 10,0 (just lvled), one of them has Teamwork 1 and other has Teamwork 20. How fast will the guy with teamwork 1 reach lvl 11 and how fast the other guy?

All this info is available in the manual.
You just have to do the math!

Good'ol Jack...

...every one would like to have a manual - but here it is called FAQ

Just to give the new guy an idea:

Training Passing with focused training on average without Staff/Facilities...
...TW 1 guy around 13 weeks
...TW 20 guy around 7 weeks

With 20 attack coaches and training hall -> max 3 weeks

thx ancientgreco!

because I'm a n00b, I think I can expect help from experienced players -> I always help n00bs in other online games and I don't say "read the manual" to them too

But you or others should read the manual first - or here the beginners guide and the "spilling the beans" pdf, since these will give you the best entry...

...and after this "we" will be glad to answer the unanswered

Lacking willingness to read manuals sounds kind of lazy to me

But you are welcome and have fun - game isnt thaaat bad and not really time consuming

I'm one of the last to not help new players.
But your question is exactly one of those things which are well written in the FAQ/manual.

Many players come in the game and asking such questions which are in the FAQ stated. And of course should new players read that stuff (and the community guides for beginners).

If you need help with the math, also no problem.

you are both right. I have already read the manual/FAQ. But sometimes not everything is useful/understandable, even if it's in the FAQ... that's why I prefer to ask and get a second point of view

And that is a good thing.
So, did you not understand the training stuff?
