Training was processed but newly created players start below 75 training points on their skills and so with basic coaches and facilities, you will have to wait another week or so to see some real progress. Don't worry though, in simulations here, when player training points start to go over 100 (and thus start increasing levels), almost no week passed without any player progressing in skill.
Ah, and you do not receive report if no player of yours either increased (or decreased) in any skill.

As it says in FAQ, the training is processed once a week, on thrursday at 4:00 AM

Can you see an injury on the players-overview-page? Or do you have to check every player?
