your bidding limit on the transfer market is equal to your reported cash in the bank? for example if I click on economy and it says I have 50,000 in the bank then all my bids can total at most 50,000?

the game allows you to go into the red but the only way to get back into the black is to drop players (and possibly await new income from game tickets sold and game sponsorships) since at that point since you can no longer bid on new players?

if you drop to 18 players (minimum team roster) and are over the income from your tickets and sponsorships, there is no way then to ever get back into the black?

of course if you get lucky you could play in a large friendly stadium to get a financial boost, but to date all my proposed matches have been erased, sometimes after only one day of making the challenge. none of the teams listed in the new player section as wanting to play newbies apparently actually wants to do so. in some cases these teams are now bots anyway

I am not bankrupt, I am just wondering about the limits of finance in the game

you can also sell facility like Training center or even stadium(not recomended)

Always fire/sell expensive (useless) Players first.
i.e. Kicker, Gunner, Kick Returner (over 10k)

already settled matches will be played, even against bots.
Place an ad in the ads section, there will be someone challenging you.

Be aware that teams with ads in the friendlies section will be getting several challenges each week. They are only able to accept one challenge each week. Once they accept a challenge, all other challenges to them are automatically refused. They are not intentionally trying to avoid you. Everyone has their own method of choosing which team to accept, many just accept the first one or the one listed first on their list.
Also, if you choose teams with large stadiums from the "Biggest stadiums" list, some of those teams may be in friendly leagues and have a schedule to follow. Those teams are also getting multiple friendly challenges each week, and again, are only able to accept one.

The stadium size with the optimal income are actually those with about 14,000 to 15,000 seats provided they have maxed VIP and Exec seats. Stadiums like this can bring in close to $200,000 per friendly.

If I remember it right, you need to have the transferfee plus 10 wages when you buy a player.

No this only works for staff and doctors.

But its a great suggestion - new teams wouldnt be able to buy 100k per week players for 1k - or even make 20times the salary - will save some teams from bankruptcy and also limit cheating where by miracle worthless OSW are unloaded on "i signed in only once to place a 200k bid"-teams
