Hang on....

Criteria:
Average Training Intensity.
Teamwork 10 (For Average)
Coach 20.
Upgraded Fitness Centre 20%.
Player gets 10+-2, so let's call that 10.

5+20+10 = 35 * 20% = 42 Training Points.

Which is still quite nice Seeing as most of my players are 15+ Teamwork!

35 * 120% = 42

Guru how many fitness coaches do you have?

I'm really satisfied from fitness centre, I think it was worth

Indeed, apologies on that one. I am used to working out the Tax and Interest values from my Degree, and forget to use the 100% in sums such as this

How many do I have? Not as many as I would like!

Don't you only get half of their teamwork value in training points per the FAQ?

he did that 10 team work = 5 training points

hrm... It's looking like I'll be able to max all of my coaching except for the kicking category by season end. How far the kicking skills gets increased will depend on the end of season totals which are still up in the air. I'm looking to drop about half of my team atm. We'll see how that works out...
