If you've arranged a trade with a team, how do you actually do it? That is, how do you propose a trade of that player to another team so he can confirm it?

Players can only be sold on the transfer market, so everybody can bet on him.

And there wont ever be.. Its too easy to abuse

Dangerous strategy, as it could be flagged as out of market norms, which is illegal. Also, you would lose the transfer fees.
