I have a few Excellent rushers, but idk how to set one as the main back and 1 as the #2 back, if i set both backs in the backfield as halfbacks (left and right) who'll get more carries? or is there a certain way to have carries split evenly or like 70/30 or 60/40? What can i do?

If you choose to run to one side over another, the back on that side *may* get more carries, but like he said, it's random with the game engine.

Currently, I run a two half back offense, one seems to get more touchdowns and yards than the other, even though the other seems to get the ball more.
