I bought some players, they have 1 star team chemistry after one game but one player has 5 stars team chemistry after 1 game -> any explanations for that? how can you raise team chemistry?

do u suggest I should let my key players (QB,TE WR etc.) play as kickers in a friendly to gain team chemistry quick?

how long does it take the regular way?

yes I would suggest you do that..

1. What is team chemistry?
Team chemistry is the indicator how well the player is “gelled” with his team. Anything lower than 5 stars (meaning team chemistry 20), and the players performance is impaired. With team chemistry 1 (a newly bought or pulled player has a team chemistry of 1) a player plays about 30% worse. Each game the player plays ads 1 to the team chemistry. Players that are experienced can get 2 team chemistry points each game they play. Each point of team chemistry reduces the negative performance by 1.5%.

First, is it now an accepted practice to exploit this bug? I'm still doing it the old fashion way, but if it's accepted by everyone and even encouraged now, I might as well join in so I don't get left behind.

Second, how many points are needed to gain a half star. My players don't gain a half star each game, not even those with 3.5 or 4 stars of experience.

I don't exploit it but I do feel like a bit of an idiot for not doing!

You've just got to do what you think is right. I won't exploit the bug but I also have players that don't always get the half star per game, or even every two games.
