I never understood why they put Indy in the South and Miami in the East anyway. I know they like to keep rivalries going, but do the Dolphins honestly have a rivalry with the Bills, Jets, or Patriots? Plus, Cincinnati in the South makes more geographic sense than Indianapolis.

I understand why the NFL put a lot of teams where they did when they switched to 8 divisions a few years back, but a complete overhaul is needed. Enough with natural rivalries being kept in line when making divisions. Everyone plays everyone at least once every 4 years anyway, so just go on geography. No more Dalls in the East.......

Anyway, carry on about the Pats.

The NFC East has some of the best rivalries in the NFL. The reason the restructuring was done the way it was was with the purpose of preserving those rivalries as much as possible. Can you really imagine having an NFL season where the Giants and Cowboys didn't play?

The Bills and Dolphins are a huge rivalry (well, for the NFL).....The Bills owned the Dolphins in Ralph Wilson stadium, too bad they decided to take away the cold weather advantage and play in an indoor facility in Canada. Part of what made it a great rivalry, was how much Bills hated Brian "sucks" Cox and his flipping off Bills fans. I still hate that guy.
