Ideal Stadium Size for Div. 5

Hi All,

I'm in a position where I will not win my division this season, although I will likely win every game I play for the rest of this season, next season, until I am promoted to Div. 4. I currently have a stadium with 38000 capacity and it sells out every week. I also have fully upgraded fitness and trainig centers, with club shop and youth academy on the way. My question is this:

Does anyone know the maximum capacity I can have and still sell out every game/what is the optimum capacity for me?

I see from the FAQ that the base is 36000 and I get a 9% bonus for being second, however that's only like 39000. I'm not sure how much more this goes based upon form. I was thinking of going something like 46000?

Thanks!

Cal

The Problem with the stadium is, that the crowds will come depended on your DIV standing, the weather and maybe your opponent DIV standing.

So if you are on TOP of DIV V you can easily fill 50.000 almost in all games. If your on the bottom of DIV IV, you can't fill those 50.000 seats in any game.

I would suggest 50.000 seats or maybe 55.000.

Just have a look into the DIV V games and make a calculation.
Maintainance vs. probable income.

You need a sellout twice in a season to cover at least the maintenance costs for a season.

From my opinion in Div5/4 Level you are save/financially balanced with 45K - everything above at your own risk

You are right.
I still would go with 50.000.

Perfect guys, thanks. 45-50 it is. I'll see what looks the most balanced.

Cheers.

Ok, well, I've finished my upgrade, but it now looks as though I'll promote afterall!

Any idea of the ideal stadium size for Div 4? I was thinking of going to about 52k?

As long as you are competitive 60k would be reasonable

I have 57,000 seats, was 1st or 2nd place all season and sold out all but the first couple of home games. There's probably someone with a bigger stadium that did the same. I'd estimate no more than 65,000, but that may be pushing it.

Thank you so much for the reply. I would anticipate being around 3rd place, so i'll match your 57, see how that goes. Would you agree?

Appreciate your help.
