What to do with this player...?

So I recently chose a 16 year old gunner from my youth academy.

8 Speed
12 Strength
5 Passing
5 Catching
4 Tackling
and some other unimportant things...

Sounds like a mediocre rookie right?

But then I notice he has 20 Intelligence, 19 Teamwork and 19 Consistency

WOOHOO.

...only I want to ask you guys what to do with him because he only has TWO Talent stars, which in my opinion isn't good at all even with the high Intelligence, Teamwork and Consistency.

Do I just turn him into a QB and just deal with having 12 passing maximum (well, 15 with a bit of luck). A wide reciever (depending on his hidden physical values)? A TE?

You want it short and sweet? Fire him.

If you want it long and drawn-out.. There are sooo many 3.5*+ talent players on the market with similar builds, and I would personally, never even have anyone under 3.5* talent on my team.

Also, check out the sticky next time for more answer concerning particular players. You should actually probably just read the entire thread, lots of good info for new teams..

This is correct, talent is more important than anything else.

He is only good for OL with his height.

Personally I'd fire him.

Although you may wanna sell him to pay for the big pay WR you have on your roster. Your stadium is too small to support a player with $55K wages.
