my youth center pops out more crap talent, but I keep holding out for that gem. For the overflow of cash in this game, i'd still build the youth center if I did it again

If only there were a way for our recruiting team to find out the talent.........I'd love to see the NFL draft players in this manner. Here is the speed, strength, agility and stamina, but we have no idea if they can actually PLAY football........"and the first pick in the 2011 draft is, Ben Dover, 5'-7" and 140lbs, 1.5* talent, 2 intelligence and 1 consistency".........thanks, sucker....next!

isn't that the Al Davis approach?

youth center is well worth it in my opinion certainly you get your fair share of crap but the increase in skills reduces the training time needed for them to start

i do think with the change in the dreaded nutrition center we should be able to see height and weight

One thing is clear we have to many players that cant ride the rollercoaster.... what team in the NFL would draft players under 5'8" maybe one but certainly not 10-15

and gatr can stop whining about his bad pulls he is just balancing out for all the good ones he had early

Dont agree, to go from a random number between 1-6 to one between 1-7 is not worth it for all that money IMO..

Frankly, I'm thinking of selling mine for the $350k and reducing the maintenance, which is why I ended up at this topic. I get crap every week, so if there's supposed to be an increased ability to pick "better" players, I ain't seeing it. I like the idea of the youth academy, and some of my best/favorite players are home-grown products, but I'm really not seeing the $20k per week benefit of picking between 4 rather than 2 likely losers.

maybe it is best not invest in YA i do not know have the player get to the team but if you get one 5* talent player of this 4 and you have to pic from 4 then it is 25% chance to get him but if you only have 2 player then you have BETTER chance

(whooo i´am not sure if i understand my own English)

I just sold my youth academy the other day. I got tired of waiting for something to be done to make it worthwhile. At the rate updates are made here, by the time a worthwhile update is made to the youth academy, I'm figuring I'll have saved enough in maintenance fees to buy a new one.
