If you have an empty side then as soon as possible (on a Wednesday or Thursday to miss the financial update) - otherwise build on a Tuesday evening/Wednesday morning between 00:30 and 02:00 server time so you get 3 financial updates with the stand closed (and thus not paying for it)

I assume you have no free side to build on right away, and in that case I would say on the 25.05 between 00:30 and 04:00 am, or just on the 25/26, doesnt matter when your stadium is that small

And by that time, just build as much as you can afford

i will start to build 28.04 then it will be ready for the game at 14.05 against Crazy Fanhunters
