Not to beat a dead horse, but after I sell my stadium, How many seats will it have? And if its at zero then do the normal building times apply?

And is this information sitting in a faq that I just happened to miss? HA, let me know folks!

yup 15 days build time.

rebuild times shouldn't matter when it comes back to 1000 seats, as there will be 3 sides of the field empty to build on.

i wouldn't be trashing your stadium just yet. if you promote this season, you'll gain 9000 seats being filled per game next season as you'll be in the higher div II.X.

make a decission once you have played the no.1 team. if you cannot promote, maybe trash stadium. if you can, then keep the stadium.

all depends on your financials i guess? doesn't seem like you cannot afford the larger stadium though, as you wages are low.

I missed your post project, but I did decide to sell my stadium and rebuild to 35,861 seats.

I did have 1000 seats after I sold it in one of my four stands. I picked a period where I had 2 weeks of away games, so I just rebuilt the entire stadium.

I still have a chance to promote to Div II. I lost against the first place team by a point with my backup QB. Last game of the season we play again. And they lost against another team, so they're in first place because their points against is 93 and mine is 98. Hahaha! Talk about nail biter!

Thanks for all your input folks!
