obviously you're going to want high talent players, they're always going to be the best.

but certainly don't ignore the low level guys at the start, i still use some guys around the 2*-2.5* mark and they're still pretty good

Bradford Kesler
Reece Stokes
John Faulkner
Cody Tyler

I have cross trained a few of the lower-star talent guys to fill in for multiple roles. I think it beats paying for a bunch of doctors.

well thank you all for opinion.

I was thinking using those 2* in position with less importance, i'm not new but i'm just starting really.

I'ts hard to find guys with high talent, i have to use a 4* for QB hopefully i'll find a better one later.

BTW how do you know when an ability have capped?

The caps on Speed and Strength are visible only to supporters. Non supporters can know if these skills have capped if these skills donot pop for x weeks
Without focussed training
x~~ Integral part of (100 /
(10+TeamWork/2+PhysicalCoaches)*z*.33)) +1

Where z= 1 with no fitness center
Where z= 1.1 with a fitness center
Where z= 1.15 with a fitness center upgraded once
Where z= 1.2 with a fitness center upgraded twice
