i thunked that the QB intelegence would be wasted if i focus- attack one side of the field, or am i thinking too much again?

lol thinking too much the QB still has to decide which receiver to pass to on that side.

that doest surprise me, i always think too much my poor brain

Nah, actually I think you are right on the QB.. I think a QB without int can be as good as one as long as you just focus direction..

I just find it funny that you advice someone to spread the offense as much as possible, but pack the defense according to the less is more theory

But I kind of agree with you to somewhat spread it, since in the lower divisions (where I have my experience from) a guy can get locked down, or held from long bombs, and due to lower QB completion rates than in the higher divs, playing the darkwing in your first couple of seasons might get you worse results against stronger opponents than playing three evenly skilled WR/TE's..
On the defense I disagree in his case, but agree if you are a bit more developed. I dont think he has strong enough players at this point to be the target guys (MLB, FS), and building for a 5-3-3 at this point wont be all that smart either unless you make sure to have a bunch of reserves with BPOS.. Im expecting the new engine in a couple of seasons, and with it a little more realistic defense, so a 4-3 sounds just fine..
As someone said it doesnt matter all that much, just field the best squad.. Ive experimented with a bunch of different formations, and to be honest, I cant feel any major change no matter what changes

But have fun experimenting with the darkwing

I guess it depends on the level of opposition

never used the darkwing in competitive matches so and never like the focus aspect of the game engine. so i still play with the 2 WR, 1TE formation or the 2 and 2 dont like limited options.

defensively i used 5.3 in my first season and then changed to 4.3 or 3.4 unlil last season. the 5.3 felt like it under performed compared to the other formations early on in developing the team but the opposite now.

the key to darkwing is being able to pick the right matchup

I used on my darkwing JJ Orta who led Spanish NT to final on the last WC.

Although JJ Orta was the player who scored all the TD, it wasn´t only for him that our National Team went that far
