Does anyone know how much a half bpos point affact a players skills?

if I have a player that has 3.5 bpos, the primary skills all on 5 and the secondary skills all on 5,too. how High have to be the important skills of a bpos 3 player to beat that player in game.

given same experience, team chemistry, consistency, intel, speed strenght.

No one knows for sure me thinks...

...thats how i value it:

Since BPOS is treated as a primary Skill i value 0,5* BPOS equal to 2 Skill points of a primary skill

Would a 4* talent player (best 4.5* bpos) have one more "primary skill" point than a 3.5* talent player? (also with best 4.5 bpos)

I dont know.
But what I know is that you should have in your A-team later only players with 4,5* and 5* BPOS... High BPOS helps a lot.

A 4* talent player soft caps at a physical skill level 1 more than a 3.5*talent player.

If you look at some of the truly great teams on here, there are 4.5 and 5 star BPOS all over the team, highly valuable

what is the formula for B-POS
talent 0,5=3,0 B-POS
talent 1,0=3,0 B-POS
talent 1,5=3,5 B-POS
talent 2,0=3,5 B-POS
talent 2,5=4,0 B-POS
talent 3,0=4,0 B-POS
talent 3,5=4,5 B-POS
talent 4,0=4,5 B-POS
talent 4,5=5,0 B-POS
talent 5,0=5,0 B-POS
