I know the logic for promotion (Div V.1-3 will go to Div IV.1, Div V.4-6 will go to Div IV.2, etc.), but is there a logic for demotion? The teams I looked that got demoted seem scattered throughout the lower division.

Feel for you, had the same thing happen to me two seasons ago and missed promotion for the second time :S
