I am a new manager, with limited funds at present, what would you say the best long term strategy for investment is? Is it better to invest say £200k in staff or invest in stadium upgrades?[teamid=]

Definitely stadium!! Buy VIP seats, then exec seats, then regular seats.

build as many vip seats on an empty side(not the 1 with the 1000 seats already)as you can

also make sure you read the Read this 1st... thread as this is the best source of info for any rookie
