Is weeks at club calculated to the day or does it update weekly like most other things?

the numbers aren't always accurate.
when you take over a new club you players don't all start from 0, at least mine didn't i think

i could have just made that up..
..i'm slightly hungover this morning and my brain is on strike..

You are correct stoo. A new team start with players that already have x amoount of weeks at the club.
