I generally fire my entire team at the end of the season and replace them with players from the transfer market before the first game. Of course, I have yet to win a single game, but I'm hoping this strategy will pay off in the long run.

I am ending up as second or third in my league, but in the division IV there are many bot teams. Will these be replaced with human teams from division V or will I be in Division V for another season.

Not that I don't mind, since I will be making more money in Division V, but I would like more competitive league.
