How to fire some of the team coach ?

hire the coaches you want.

if you have 15-15-15-15-15 now, you can go 10-10-10-10-10 by just hiring those

Best thing to do from economical side:

Now - since training was yesterday: Use the button "Fire Coach Team"

This will fire anyone with no cost.

On Wednesday or Thursday - but right at time before next training AND after Wednesdays financial Update -> you hire what you want

You'll have to pay sign on bonus anytime you change coaches anyway. And sign on bonus will be the same whether you already have coaches or not. The method stated will at least save you 1 week of maintenance costs.

Either way it wasn't possible like this when I bought my 20-20-20-20-20 coaches, because you couldn't fire the whole team those days..
