Well - if so and although there is a local moderator available within a forum -> why do dedicated threads exist within local forums which are solely used to advertise players on the transfer list?

If its posted by the owner its ok... BUT as soon as the sale is carried out and the player transfers to another team it is technically breaching the rules if that players talent and name / identifier are still listed... I would say if mods in local forums are allowing people to leave this stuff up they need to think about the rules a bit more and whether they should be mods...

As soon as the player transfers he is another players player and the data on display breaks the rules about posting other players info...

Since when does the existance of such threads allow rules breaking? AG, you know what I mean...

What i would add is that, Admin wont speak all the languages used... so if its a language they dont use how can they know unless the moderators bring it to there attention (after all the mods ar there to moderate it lol)

i don't think that the admin can't understand what is wrote on a specific forum, i remember 2 years ago I wrote all the infos related to a player that i put on sell and they close the topic deleting all the infos...

i told only talent, not skill

It does not matter, what happened in the past.

There is one thing: it is forbidden by the forum rules to post skills (and talent is a skill) of players you don't own or that are transfer listed.

Of course you can trust the admins will not find the thread where you post the information - as they ignore the liars story in the ads - , or the moderator of that country forum is too lazy for taking action. If nobody judges there won't be a penalty. But this does not turn this action into a good one.

You see: it is completely on you.

You want to have an advice from a former mod? Do it as you like. So many rule breaks across the board every day, even by mods and admins, so many posts of skills across the board every day...do it as you like and deal with it if you get a penalty!

so if I give to the admin the list of the post that contain this type of infos, they'll close it?

i ask this just for justice because is not correct that someone take advantage using illegal method

I doubt this. Earlier, when I was a mod, I jumped into such things when it came to my attention, sometimes I checked some country forum by myself and closed such threads. But this is not a global mods task. Admins have to find a solution for it.

Of course it is not correct, as it is not correct to allow cheating on ads.
