A player is on transfer list. Is it allowed to send message to his manager to have informations like talent, cap, ... ?

Sure you can ask - but you should be polite when asking and also not expect...

...an answer anyway!

...the truth! It is allowed to lie, so you could be returned wrong information.

So scout to be sure on the talent.

And when you get wrong information in return - > well, you are not allowed to complain in public and accuse managers...

...but you can spread around the word among your friends via pn.

And all this things can also happen in return when "you" are the liar -> when this becomes "public" you will have hard time selling players.

Also: it is allowed to lie in the transfer ads too - without risking any punishment!

It should be allowed, cause I can't find a rule that prohibits sending messages to selling owners.

Hint: if you ask for talent, don't expect he/she tells you the truth!
