No. I implemented a training prediction in my excel sheet and it did never went wrong with the rule -> fitness training gains bonus from fittness center, all other skill trainings do gain bonus from training hall.

Sorry. I haven't been tracking this, but I thought I had read something that fitness center, training center, and coaches points all stack for physicals. My mistake.
